I am a grounds maintenance contractor in the Baltimore, MD area. I run a mowing and mulching operation as a part-time, second occupation. I have several large commercial accounts, with clients that really like the job done right. This business is very competitive. I have found that efficiency and working smart are where you get an edge. Keeping my machines well maintained with clean decks and sharp blades is a major part of that effort.

This will be my third Zero Turn (ZT) lift in 5 years. It is the first that is quick and easy to use AND provides unobstructed access to the mower deck! The unit lifts my John Deere 757 Mulch On Demand unit easily. (The biggest problem here is releasing the hydro drive so the ZT can free-wheel while it is being lifted, but that is John Deere's bad!) I like the adjustability of the design, it seems like it would handle just about any standard commercial ZT. Setup and assembly were straight forward and easy.

Storage in my closed landscape trailer has been a bit of a challenge, as the jack does not fold very compactly (it ends up in three pieces when put away!) Still, I have found a secure location for these parts that works for me. I also carry a pair of 2 Ton adjustable jack stands in my trailer for other maintenance tasks, and find these to be useful after the unit is at "service height" with my heavy ZT hovering above my head while working on the blades and deck. I like the added feeling of security I get knowing that even if something on the jack failed (weld, lock pin, etc.) that I would not be crushed by the beast if it fell. Getting the jack in position and the ZT lifted is a very easy task, and I have found that I do not even think about using an electric drill to assist with the lifting. I really like this jack, and how quickly I can clean the deck and swap-out a set of blades on my ZT and also my 48" Commercial Walkbehind mower (CW).

That said, I will comment specifically on the wheel straps, as this is one area of the design that needs some additional engineering work. The nylon straps that stretch across the tread surface of the front tires and act as safety straps are awkward to position and use. I now wear gloves at this stage, as I have busted my knuckles a few times trying to manipulate the straps. I would like to see the current pinch-type strap tensioner replaced with a ratcheting one, or better yet, a nice over-center design like the folks at Green Touch (tm) use with their new Xtreme series of trailer racks. Yup, I am picky about details like this, and about how I run my business and manage my trailer, but I always say you have got to put really good stuff in, to get really good stuff out! I know that my customers expect the best from me on every visit!

Would I recommend this unit to others? You bet! Like I said (nit picking aside) I really like the quick access this unit provides to the business end of my larger mowers. I shopped around, and got the best price from Amazon, and within 2 days (Prime Member) it was on my door step, and 30 minutes later my ZT was getting a deck job! Thanks MoJack for an innovative solution to this tough problem! -- Great Lift For Busy Zero Turn Users
I got my husband the Mojack for a gift--he loves it. Makes taking care of the mower much easier. -- Husband Loves the Mojack
My lawn tractor's mower deck is difficult for me to reattach after servicing, so I was looking for a product like this one. I couldn't be more pleased with the Mojack EZlift. It was nicely packaged so parts wouldn't get loose during shipping. The easy-to-understand manual made it a breeze to assemble. It took no effort to turn the crank to lift/lower the tractor and there is even a provision to use a power drill to do it. It seemed quite stable and handled my tractor easily. (less than 300 lbs) I'm very glad I bought it. -- Couldn't be E-Zer!
I purchased this jack without knowing its capacity (300 lbs). I was able to lift the front of a John Deere 445 with liquid-filled front tires to the point that the safety pin engaged. However, since I do not know the weight that is placed on the jack, I fear that it could eventually fail. I plan on returning this unit and purchasing their PRO version with a capacity of 750 lbs. That said, this jack is sturdy and I would recommend it for any lighter weight tractor. I was comfortable lifting my John Deere 325. The brakes must be off and the transmission placed in neutral since the back wheels must be able to move during lifting and lowering. For extra safety, I put chocks behind the rear wheels. I would have given it 5 stars except for the capacity and the width of the horizontal support bar and wheels should be wider for better sideways stability. -- Works fine but watch its capacity
I have been looking for something like this for quite awhile. When I used search I was using mower jack instead of lift. I took a chance on this item because there were no reviews. This lift is very easy to assemble. I have a Ranch King riding mower and this lift easily takes care of it. I have no idea how much this mower weights but it lifts it with very little effort. It is very easy to adjust the wheel pads, just pull out the clevis pin and adjust the pads. I am not sure if it would handle anything over 300 lbs. but it is made with heavy sturdy steel. I don't need to store this away when I'm not using it but according to the instructions it would be very easy to collapse it for storage. -- Thank you MoJack
