Far as we can tell, the battery is OK, though VERY pricey. It turns out to be the wrong one for our old Neuton mower, but that was the fault of Neuton's catalog. We dismembered this one to install it in our old Neuton, and it seems to be working well. A new one to fit our mower was half-again as much. Neuton doesn't offer much help to people with older, but still-working models. -- Neuton 24V battery
